I hate to say it, but you guys are hitting the nail on the head as to why I didn't even go. I knew this would be just another case of semi-controlled chaos. I'm sorry it always has to be that way around here.

I'm sorry it always has to be that way around here. I'm sorry you didn't go. While i'll admit the autograph portion of the event lacked some organization, I had a great time and know that many others did as well. The actual practice portion was fun to watch (many people around me couldn't stop talking about how great it was to watch this talent up close) and I know a lot of people who were able to get to at least two if not more suites for autographs. I didn't hear a negative thing talking to people in the arena... that's what I come to this board for.

I do complain on the board, i do it in person too. The problem is they never seem to do things to make it better. I am not afraid to stand up face to face to them when I see they are doing something wrong.
On the same note, i think it is wonderful that they got the Wings to come down for a practice and raised a bunch of money for a good cause.
However, there is a certain amount of professionalism that I expect from them and representatives should not crab at people who are only doing what they designed for them to do in the first place. Especially in this economy i love hockey and i don't have a ton of money, i spend what little i do have on what i can afford to watch all the games, so expect to be treated just the same as someone who has the big bucks! Wont happen but at least let the dream live a little. Its the little guys that keep the money coming in..
